Conjunct Forms

Devnagri ( ् ) = Sharda ( 𑇀 )

In sharda, while forming conjunct consonants, the first member is put into dative, governed by tal (below).

Hindi	Sharda
स + ् + म = स्म	𑆱 + 𑇀 + 𑆩 = 𑆱𑇀𑆩

In simpler words, the second member is put below the first member as shown, unlike devnagri where it succeeds the previous member.
